Custom build pc powering on, but no display, no BIOS, no monitor beep.

I custom built my own PC back in 2011, and it has been working perfectly ever since.

The other night it decided to switch itself off, and when I tried turning it back on, it decided it would power cycle.

I took the opportunity for a complete upgrade and replaced the motherboard, CPU, power supply and upgraded the RAM.

Now I have come to power on my "New" rig, it powers on but I have no display, no BIOS, no monitor beep.

I have stripped the PC back and tried to run with nothing but CPU fan and monitor connected, but still nothing.

Then connected all RAM - Nothing
Then connected GPU - Nothing
Then SDD - Nothing

Any ideas on why I currently have no use?

Yes at the right near the MemOK! button.

There's a memory issue. Try leaving single RAM module installed and testing each slot. See if reg DRAM LED in each case.

I will try each slot when I get back from work.

I have tried starting the machine with no RAM. I still didn't get a graphics beep, I still didn't get the BIOS screen.

I believed starting with no RAM would still give me the BIOS? Is this assumption wrong?

The system needs RAMs for POST-ing. As for beeps, is a case speaker http://images17.newegg.com/is/image/newegg/12-201-032-TS?$S640W$ connected to the board?
However, I suggest testing firstly and then deciding.

The only error now is that my h100i gtx cooler is having an error on start-up.

The BIOS is not recognising the CPU cooler. It's showing CPU cooler N/A.

No problem. How is the cooler connected?

It is connected to the CPU_Fan socket at the top of the motherboard.

I have also attached the corsair link to the USB socket on the bottom of the motherboard.

When I turn the PC on the fans are turning and the light is on, but the CPU fan error is coming up on the POST.

Try setting in BIOS the CPU_Fan speed low limit to 300, or 200, or ignore.

Changing the lower limit does not have any impact.

Is this because it is water cooling with dual fans?

Can you explain exactly how fans and pump are connected?

They are connected as per the manual.

The pump is plugged into the motherboard directly via CPU_FAN and then the 2 fans are connected to the pump (cable off the back of the CPU_FAN socket.

So pump and both fans are going through the CPU_FAN socket.

Try connecting the 2 fans to the CPU_Fan and the pump to the CPU Opt Fan.
