Hey people first time in my life I'm gonna have a good pc haha and I don't wanna <removed by moderator> it up by making throttle or wrong motherboards or too low cooling so I want to ask u for few opinions.

Build:

Processor: Intel Core i7-5820k 3.3 GHz LGA 2011-V3 Tray Processor
Processor cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO Universal CPU Cooler
Graphic card: ASUS GeForce GTX 1080 Founders Edition 8GB GDDR5X Video Card
Motherboard: ASRock X99 Extreme4 LGA 2011-3 ATX Intel Motherboard
Power supply: Corsair RM750 Series 750 Watt ATX Modular Power Supply
RAM: Corsair 16 GB 2x 8GB DDR4-3200 PC4-25600 Desktop Memory Kit
SSD: Samsung EVO 500GB SSD Drive
Case: Corsair Vengeance Series C70 ATX Mid Tower Gaming Computer Case - Black or Corsair Graphite Series 760T Full Tower Windowed Computer Case -Black (Which one is better??)
Monitor: Asus VG248QE 24 LCD Monitor - 1 ms - 1920 x 1080 - Full HD - Speakers - DVI - HDMI - Black (Is it a good one ?)
So the questions I wanted to ask is
1. Did I forgot to put some part of PC
2. Is there gonna be some throttle or something doesn't go together?
3. Would you change anything?
4. Do I need water cooling for this pc or the cooling I get with case would be fine maybe add a fan?

EDIT: I will use this PC for gaming and maybe I will stream/record a little

Thats all 😀 I would be so thankful if someone answers me thx!!! :*

A. don't go with a Tray processor
B. don't buy a founders edition GPU. the custom designs have superior cooling and performance sometime
C. The Graphite is better imo. But a R5 would do I think.
D. the 212 Evo is a pretty standard cooler. but I'd still go for something more expensive.

1. do you need an optical drive? maybe an HDD for storage?
3. I'd get a better cpu cooler and probably another case. Corsair looks good but is a bit overpriced imho.
4. as fans are easy to pick up, you can decide after testing. if you realise something's getting too hot, you can buy an additional case fan. for horizontal fans I suggest Noctua/bequiet, for vertical fans, Phanteks, Cougar, Noiseblocker got some great fans as well

If this pc is used for gaming, I would do it differently with your budget.

1. I7-6700K is going to be a better gamer.
Few games can use more than 2-3 cores and the faster 6700K cores will be better for gaming.
A Z170 based motherboard will do the job and be less expensive.

2. Look for noctua NH-U12s or NH-u14s for quieter operation and superior cooling.
14nm skylake runs cool. you do not need more than an air cooler for a maximum overclock.

3. For gaming at 1080P, GTX1070 is generally considered as overkill.
I have no problem with a GTX1080 if it fits your budget.

I like the direct exhaust coolers of the founder's edition. But it baffles me why it should be more expensive. I think it is marketing to get a better price for early adopters.

Cases are a personal thing; most including the C70 will do the job.

OMG Guyzs u are the best so fast answers !!! I won't take this processor I was thinking about. Il take I-6700K as u suggested guyzs and il go with ASUS Z170-AR LGA 1151 ATX Intel Motherboard and NH-u14s fan.
I will get external HDD for my job SSD will be only video games. I would stick with my case if everything fits in :s
But I'm confused about my graphic card choice now could u write few good graphic cards up to 750$? So thankful to you guys for this answers !!!!!!! EDIT: I need optic drive could u suggest some :S
Edit: Im thinking to buy all this stuff at micro center in queens flushing nyc is that a good store or there is better stores? aswell is 130$ too expensive to build pc they charge it to put all components in case I don't wanna do it cuz I'm too scared that il break something

the 6700k is a great CPU - if you plan on overclocking. otherwise the 6700 will do.
but if you're really trying to record and stream and it's an important thing for you the extra cores of the 5820k could come handy.

well the Founders Edition has 1 smaller size cooler that exhausts hot air directly through the GPU slot
while custom designs have 2-3 bigger coolers that exhaust the air into the case
both variants have their pros and cons
my opinion: if you got a nice case with good airflow the custom designs will keep the GPU cooler while your case can easily exhaust the air. also due to having 2 fans of larger size, they will be quieter than the smaller fan of the founders edition which can get noisy when under load.
honestly, I would get a cheap GTX 1070 with factory oc, like the Palit cards, they got good reviews.
for 1920x1080, a GTX1080 is overkill. just because you got 750$ doesn't mean you have to spend it pointlessly.

if you just need it to run games and maybe a DVD every once in a while, any 25$ Samsung/LG drive will be fine.

Microcenter has some very good deals for walk in customers.
You will likely find a good 6700K and z170 motherboard deal.
$750 will buy you a GTX1080 card. Considering how strong it is, no need to pay extra for a factory overclocked version.
I like EVGA as a brand for nvidia cards.

$130 seems reasonable to charge for assembly.
Probably the only risky part of assembling it yourself is dropping the processor into the motherboard socket so as not to damage any pins.
ASUS motherboards include a plastic holder to ease that process.
Does that include basic installation of windows?

@Iskolon would this be a better choice then EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Classified Gaming Video Card w/ ACX 3.0 Cooling?
Im not planing to over clock my PC just too scarred to mess something up but I would still take 6700K as Geofelt suggested is there any difference between 6700K and 6700 if I don't over clock?? Would 6700K be snuff for recording and streaming or I should get 5820k as u are dazing now

it depends on what you want. if you're really into recording and streaming, maybe making videos and such the 5820k with it's 6 cores does have an advantage
if you're just gaming and streaming from time to time but it's not really a deep passion of yours, the 6700(k) will do just fine.

the difference between the K and the Non-K is negligible but it all depends on the price. but I wouldn't spend 50 bucks more on the K version if I wasn't planning on doing any OC

where I come from. this EVGA Card costs 1000$ ^^
from reading tests on the Pascal chips so far I haven't really found much difference between an EVGA, a Gigabyte and a cheaper brand, like a Palit.
still think a GTX1080 is money thrown out the window as a 1070 is already slight overkill for your monitor.
bit yes, the EVGA card is a good card.

I7-6700 passmark rating is 9959 and single thread rating is 2138. single thread rating is most important for games.
I7-6700K rating is 10998, single thread rating is 2332 at stock.
With an overclock, you can do better.
As of 5/2016
What percent can get an overclock at a somewhat sane 1.40v Vcore.

I7-6700K
4.9 2%
4.8 17%
4.7 59%
4.6 93%
4.5 100%

The i7-5820K has a rating of 12986 when all 6 cores are fully utilized. The single thread rating is 2008.

It really depends on the game.
There are single core games, yes
Most modern games however stress at least 2 cores

Also synthetic benchmarks...
It doesn't really show the difference between running a single game and recording a stream, editing a record etc. in a real life scenario but stresses a cpu with a steady load which is far from reality. Especially when over-clocking I wouldn't give too much about synthetic benchmarks.

But yes, the 6700(K) is the best choice if gaming is your prime concern.

I think il go with 6700K then yolo haha I hope I will be able to stream a little on twitch with my 6700K
EDIT: actually is Intel Core i7-5820k 3.3 GHz LGA 2011-V3 Tray Processor u are talking that is better for streaming or Intel Core i7-5820k 3.3 GHz LGA 2011-V3 Tray Processor without this Tray extension? sorry I suck about this stuff

Tray just means that the chip is not boxed.

Means: if you go to a store and buy the CPU you get a chip, in a box, with a manual etc.
Tray chips don't come in a box and are often send backs from previous orders. So they can be perfect chips or can be used. It's kind of a lottery. Also tray chips come with limited warranty...
