Question Custom build powers on but no display

Hey guys,

My PC which I built was working for a while, and shortly after a move stopped working. I replaced every single part, but it still won't work. It lights up inside but nothing shows up on the monitors. also keyboards won't light up when plugged in. Thanks so much for any help.

Build is:

EVGA 2080 Ti ROG Strix Z370 motherboard Corsair 850x PSU NZXT Mirror water cooler
