Yes i built my own computer and wondering.

Windows 10 pro N
16gb ddr3 ram
RX 560 GPU
AMD FX8350 CPU
500gb 7200RPM HDD

i am wondering when i play call of duty black ops cold war and call of duty Warzone i stutter and drop frame..What is bottle necking me..and any budget upgrades yall can suggest?

The single thread performance of the FX processors is very poor.

There is no solution short of a new processor.
You can buy a modern i3-10100 which is twice as strong along with a lga1200 motherboard and 16gb of ddr4 ram for <$250.
