[SOLVED] Custom Build

Ok I’ve been a PC builder for almost 2 decades. I’ve had trouble with my last 2 AMD of builds with bad parts but this one is driving me nuts.
System Specs:
Asrock A320M-HDV rev 4.0 RMAed the first
AMD Ryzen 3 3200G RMAed first one so this is the 2nd
Kingston 16gb valueram
AMD RX580 Asus
500GB western digital ssd
500w EVGA 80 plus certified PSU

first build and now this build with RMAed parts nothing posts. I’ve removed the cmos battery and reset it numerous time. Tried onboard graphics and dedicated card. Nothing happens 0 post. I’m at a loss at this point. Any ideas would be great appreciated

Board may need a bios update, to work with said CPU.
