Custom built computer keep turning on and off!!

Hello,

I purchased a custom built computer which as of today would switch on when i press the power button but after 5-8 seconds would turn itself off and turn on by itself after 5-8 seconds and repeat the cycle. I can't get to the BIOS setup or anything as my monitor does not get signal from my computer.

Try breadboarding it. Does it run while using the iGPU, one stick of RAM, no HDD, and out of the case?

check your cooling and thermal paste, maybe it didnt work right so your cpu is overheating

Yes I try taking out both ram one At a time. I just test out no hdd and it don't turn on and off when I unplug it. But still no signal on monitor is it my hard drive problem ?

Only when I pull off my HDD it stop turning off but no signal from my monitor
