Custom built pc not connecting to internet via Ethernet

So I just made a custom build, and the computer doesn't have a network card. I connected it through the router with an Ethernet​ cable but it won't connect. Any help would be awesome.

According to your build, your board has an ethernet adapter. Two problems here. Either your utp cable is faulty, or you need to install your board's network card driver.

needs to install mb chipset drivers first then ethernet drivers. also check in the bios that the ethenet port is turned on.
