Question Custom Built PC Not Responding

Hi. I have a PC that I built just under 2 years ago. It has a Ryzen 7 5800X, 32GB 4000MHz CL18 RAM, MSI B550 Tomahawk Motherboard, and an NVIDIA 3070Ti Founders inside. The PC has been working great for the past two years with almost no issues. Over the last couple of days, the computer has had buffering issues when watching videos and recently has had issues where both Apex Legends and Hogwarts Legacy will not run. The computer maxes out my 32GB of RAM on the loading screens and uses 5.6GB when no game is running. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the games and updating the drivers on the PC to have had no luck. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone has the expertise to help me! I also did a internet speed test and I am getting over 500 down 30 up with a ping of 24ms

Malware scan came back clear and my SSD has 204GB free

reinstall the gpu driver and check your chipset driver

did you check what is consuming all the ram?

I tried reinstalling my GPU drivers and my chipset driver. Sadly this did not change anything. My 32GB of ram gets used up whenever I launch any game on my computer.
