What i'd recommend changing is the cooler. You don't need liquid cooling for that setup if your not overclock. a simple 20$ hyper 212 will keep your chip cool enough

That GPU isn't the best, so if you are planning on doing gaming I would recommend the Radeon HD 6850. Also, if you aren't planning on overclocking, just use the cooler that comes with the CPU.

7750 is better than a 6850....

Drop the CPU down to an i5-3450 or 3470. The few GHz barely makes a difference compared to the tens of dollars you'll be paying extra.

With the saved money, you can probably get a 7770 or 7850.
