Custom Built PC Not Turning On

Looks like a dead power supply to me since you said it turned on one time. Remove the power supply first then try this. (all power cables removed from the PC)

After you test the PSU to see if it even cuts on report back.

you have an under sized and cheap power supply if that a 970/980 gpu in your rig and a 500w power supply. that cx is a tier 4 unit one thta should not be in your rig. to see if it is a bad power pull the gpu see if the power comes on if nothing moves again try a test power supply.

You have your system fan header on the motherboard plugged into the power supply....(35 sec mark of the video)...... UNPLUG THAT you plug your fan into that not the power supply.
The ONLY power cables from the power supply for the motherboard is the 4 pin CPU and 24 pin.
