Custom built PC randomly crashing

Around last June, i built this PC. Ever since then it has been crashing once or twice a week. Me being lazy, i didn't do anything about it but now its becoming every day and is very frustrating while i'm playing games or other stuff. I even tried to rebuild my PC yesterday however it didn't change anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated

CPU: AMD FX-6300
GPU: MSI R7 370
MOBO: MSI 970
RAM: 8GB

We're going to need more information, like operating system, how it's crashing, if it's blue screen what kind of error message are you getting...

Then there's the potential that it's thermal related, so then we'd need to know what cpu cooler it is, and possibly what case it is too.

I assume you mean bluescreen, use bluescreenview and see what cause crashes
and run a ram test

The operating system is windows 7, most of the time it's just a case of my game crashing. Sometimes it says they stopped responding other times, other times it just closes the application. I do sometimes get a blue screen but not as much as my games just crashing. The cooler is the Hyper 212 Evo and the case is Raidmax ATX-403WB
