Custom built pc restart after 5 seconds when in boot media

My custom built pc ( not finished yet ) has all the components it needs to run properly.

I can open my bios etc. but when I try to install an OS I get the first screen that lets you choose your language etc and then it restarts after 5 secs

My specs are
Case: Sharkoon T28
CPU: Intel i7-7700k
Mobo: MSI H170A Pc Mate
Ssd: Samsung Evo 850m 250 gb
PSU: Sharkoon WPM 700w
Cooler: Cooler Master hyper 3(something)
Ram: 1x8 gb crucial Ballistix Sport

is the bios seeing the ssd? does the installer work in other PC?
