Custom Built PC won't turn back on.

I have just got my custom built PC and yesterday before I went to bed I turned it off for the first time. This morning I tried to turn it on and it says starting windows then it just goes to a black screen, I let it go for a hour and still nothing has happened. Nothing has changed between now and when I shut it off, its still in the same exact spots.

Check to make sure everything is plugged in correctly, It could be a hardware failure or maybe somehow the windows installation is corrupted. Do you have any ideas at what is happening? What have you done with it since you've gotten it, and did you custom build it or did you order it custom from an online retailer? There isnt really much we can do without more info.
