Custom built pc

I recently got a purchased a custom pc and assembled it no fuss. However when I turned it on my monitor said 'no signal' so I tried all the different outputs from the graphics card and motherboard but still no luck. I know the motherboard is receiving power because my usb lights up green when it has power. The speaker makes no beeps. But also all of my fans spin including my graphics card. If anyone could help me I would be forever grateful thanks.
