You need to rethink your thinking!!!!
Same price, same case and beats your performance, i5 4690K processor already included so no reason to buy a i3 and need to upgrade, GTX 960 video card. The only thing you loose is the SSD you can add that later anytime.
The video card price is wrong on this list it's 179.99 and comes with a 30 dollar rebate to boot.

I would not get windows 10 at this time just get 7 or 8.1 and use the free upgrade later.

You can go 100% for looks or still keep good looks and get the much better performance.

Yea, i would have went with a 4690k or a gtx 960 but it would just make the price higher, and the cpu coler is going to be a bit of an overkill but i always like to have an after market cooler.

i want this computer to be as upgradable as possible and I do not like to not include an ssd Its a game changer, that and he will have to clone the drive which he does not have the equipment to do so. That and the ram needs to be red its the only part that is red aside from the red and white cables i will be making him.

The game changer would be the performance difference cloning the OS only takes free software, but do as you wish I could care less.
You asked for a opinion I gave you one and recommended a much better gaming PC like I said you can just go for looks or get the almost exact looks and a much better PC.

I'm not saying there is anything wrong with the build if it was me I would go with that, but I'm already limited on the color scheme. I also frown upon rebates because you must mail in the upc which voids the warranty.
