Wow thanks. I did make one change just to get the price alot down. I don't want an SSD. I know it brings more speed but I just don't feel like I need it. Also could I use the case I had on my original build or would that not work with your version?
 
Youd dont need an aftermarket cpu fan, the stock cooler that comes with your i5 6500 is enough for it. Yes, you can buy the case that you wanted, its compatible with your build. But its not as good.

I would recommend this case.

I agree, there is zero reason to purchase AMD anything right now. But for $700 you can easily fit a quad core in:
