Custom gaming computer 2015 high graphics

Sorry, the post didn't shows up like it would: Here is my question!

I need some advice for my new custom PC. I want a decent gaming computer to run most games at high graphic settings and 60 fps. Here is what i found after all my research:
CPU: i5-4690k, i5-4690, i5-4590, i5-4460?
GPU: GTX 960
Motherboard: MSI Z97-Gaming or any motherboard around 100$?
RAM: G.SKILL RIPJAWS (2x4)
Drive: http://www.amazon.com/SanDisk-Extreme-2-5-Inch-Warranty-SDSSDXPS-240G-G25/dp/B00KHRYRNM?psc=1&SubscriptionId=AKIAIEF7KZG4SSIJ7QQA&tag=toms_shopping_rev-20&linkCode=xm2&camp=2025&creative=165953&creativeASIN=B00KHRYRNM&ascsubtag=[site|thaus[cat|[art|[pid|B00KHRYRNM[tid|14267914903362841[bbc|LEPRIX
PSU: I think it is around 100$ but i don't know how many W i need? I think around 600W.
Case: Probably a Nine Hundred but i don't know if it have enough ventilation.

I wan't my computer to be as quiet as possible. And i am not sure i want to overclock since i want to keep to computer for a long run!

Is this build correct overall? And what about each hardware?

Any advice PLEASE!

Thank you :)!

I am in Quebec, and my budget is around 1000$ +/- 200$ (Include taxes 15%). I wan't something quiet, SSD for sure, 60 fps in game with high graphics settings for recent games.

Ty shadowR34per.

Is R9 280 better than GTX970?
Why do you choose HDD and SSD over bigger SSD?
Do you think the case have enough ventilation? Its seems pretty close to me :O!
