Custom Gaming PC Build

Hey guys. i've been thinking about building my own custom budget gaming pc and i need some help. i need you guys to check this pc part for me and tell me if its good or bad for gaming.

CPU: Intel i5 4690k
Motherboard: ASRock Z97 PRO4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: Kingston HyperX 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB
Graphic Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 760 4GB ACX 2.0 Video Card
Power Supply: Corsair CSM 550W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
Case: Cooler Master HAF 912 ADVANCED ATX Mid Tower Case

pls check it out if it can run newer games on high or ultra settings. if got any suggestions please help me out.I want to run games like btf4, nfs most wanted, watch dogs

because i read at others website and they said that the i5 may not run well with a gtx 760 so thats why im asking you guys

gtx 760. gtx 970 is way much expensive

but if i went to AMD i would have to change the motherboard too. is 760 good for i5?

its hard to find a 760 here which is expensive also. thats why i didnt get the 970
