Ok im new to the PC building but im going to be buying a:

Intel i7 4770K
Gigabyte Z87X-D3H Motherboard
16GB of Corsair Vengence
3TB Drive (1 x 1TB + 1 x 2TB)
64GB SSHD
GTX 660TI 3GB (Will dual SLI after some time)
Windows 7

I was wondering if all of this will work fine together as i dont want to purchase it all for it not to work.

Hi. I would make some changes to this build :
Drop from 16 GB RAM to 8 GB. It is more than enough for gaming.
I7 change to i5 locked processor becuase I see you don't want to OC it. The main difference between i5 and i7 is hyper-threading. In gaming it is useless (not more than 5% more FPS)
Change GPU from 660 ti and money left from other changes to 7970 3GB. You can Xfire it later to have beast PC.

Can you suggest a good solid locked i5 for gaming as im not sure what ones are locked and unlocked. I might consider getting the HD7970 but could you suggest and PSU which can do all this and have enough for two GPU incase i xFire it at a later date?

You can use an i5-4670 or 4570 to save some money and as the PSU goes I would recommend something like a Corsair HX750 or a TX750 wich could handle crossfire and are reliable.

It would handle every game at high or ultra most of the time, but a GTX 760 or a GTX 770 really worth it or you can even take an R9 280X wich is basically a 7970 at 300$.
