custom Gaming PC

There is currently a gaming PC for sale that I am looking to buy and I am not the best at knowing what is good and what isn't. I'm not sure if you can view the link or not but here it is:

What I would like to know is:
- Is this PC a good value/is it worth buying
($500 NZD but could possibly lower it to $480 maybe)

- Should I change that CPU to maybe a 4-core or is it good enough already
If there is a CPU that is compatible with the motherboard and will make the PC perform better
please tell me
