Custom laptop

So I wanna buy a laptop that fits my needs and so far they all are exceeding my price range of $1500. So is there any website or brand that will let me customize my laptop.

I went to the Dell site and started to customize a Alienware M17x laptop (since they wont let me to customize the inspiration laptops) and after the customization the price hiked to $2450 so I don't wanna go with a Alienware.

My requires specs include

A 1080p screen
A decent GPU which will handle all recent games at 900p or 720p and if possible 1080p.(I will reduce the resolution in settings)
Screen size matters to me at least 17" although I am interested in bigger screens.
Need USB 3 and Sata 3
Touchscreen if possible, not to crazy about it. Just wanna make it win 8 ready.

Things I don't care about and don't want

A high speed processor is definitely not required a mid range processor will do.(already have a 980X and can do all the processing there)
High amount of ram is not required. 4-8gB is more than enough(trying to avoid 6gB)
SSD is not required at all.
I don't require high hdd capacity even a 120GB or 160GB hard drive will do.
Windows 7 or any other software is also not required.

So if there is a laptop please suggest.
Also tell me some laptop customization websites, I'll se if I can add or subtract something else.

Maybe you could go try out eurocom. They currently have the most powerful laptop. I7 3960x X79 chipset with dual gtx 680m

Man those are pretty expensive laptops I want it within $1500 and it should ship to US in the reported time.
How is this will it be able to play games a high specs. Which Graphics card for laptops is the best?
