Custom live tiles in Start Menu

Hi,
I am curious as to how I could insert custom shortcuts, apps and folders even that are not listed in the 'All apps' category. Right now it seems it's only limited to that. Tried dragging in, doesn't let me.

not sure that you can do folder but shortcuts you sure can and apps or even any of your installed programs.

For programs or app make sure you right click on the .exe and than hit pin to start and you should see it get pinned.
this work the same for shortcuts.

If it is already pinned, I do not think that it will let you pin it again.
