Custom Loop vs. AIO

Hello guys,

So I just got bought a new computer with this specs:

CPU: Ryzen 2700x
MOBO: x470 Aorus Gaming 7 WiFi
RAM: 32GB (4x8GB) Corsair Vengeance RGB 3200mhz c16
GPU: Asus Rog Strix 1080ti Oc
PSU: Corsair RM750x White
SSD: Samsung Evo 960 M.2 500GB
Case: NZXT H700i

And was thinking into adding water cooling next month, but I cannot decide if paying extra for a custom loop or just get 2 krakens x62 and a kraken G12.

a custom loop would be around 600$-700$ in my country while putting the Krakens would be around 380$.

Would the difference in performance be THAT much? I'm not thinking of doing some extreme overclock btw.

Any recommendations? :)

Thanks in advance.

I'd not go with the x62's (even though I own an x61) but for the cpu I'd go with something like a Fractal Design Celsius S36 (or Kelvin if you have access) or a Thermaltake Water 3.0 Riing rbg 360 or even the new kraken x72 and slap that in as intake at the front. Move the stock fans up top. Use a nzxt Kraken x42 Rev 2 as gpu in rear exhaust. Since you'll not be doing uber crazy OC, this'll give breathing room for any cpu OC and still keep fans at minimal rpm, and the 1080ti isn't that hot running comparatively, even with OC it'll not hit wattage requiring a 280mm aio.

Makes for an uber quiet pc, even under loads and won't impact motherboard crowding at the top.
Depends on how much you want to do a custom loop. One advantage with custom loop : u can push the 2700X to 4.35-4.4ghz with 1.35-1.4vcore voltage cuz the Temps will be within limits. I would suggest going for a monoblock though.
Same for gpu. Ez 2.0ghz in the 1080ti.

If you are going for the G12 and X62, get a M22 for the gpu.
