[SOLVED] Custom loop - worth it?

I have right now old pc and I dont know if to try made some custom loop for training.

i5 3470

8GB RAM

HD7970 DUAL-X



what you think?

It was recommend or it was cause a problems and risky?

Me personally dont think custom loops are worth it cost/per performance isnt there. If you want a cool project that you can show off like for a you tube channel then its perfect but to lower temps i dont think its going to get you anything great versus off the AIO cooler
