I have slowly upgraded the parts in my PC to fit a Red/Black color scheme and I want to custom paint my green accented CX600 power supply so that the letters facing the outside of the case (or any other parts that are green) are red. Is this doable? if so, how would I do it?

Solution
Yes it is doable. I believe the only thing on the side of that PSU that is green are the CX letters. You could mask off the entire power supply and then use an exacto knife (best precision) or razor blade to cut out the CX letters, then spray it with some red spray paint.

Option 2 is to get a very small artist paint brush and paint the letters red by hand.

I would personally go with the first option, it will be much easier to get straight lines by doing it this way than by painting the letters by hand.
it would void your warranty but yes.
remove it from the case and there will be screws holding it together, usually near the fan. unscrew them and remove the cover. unscrew the fan and then you can start painting.

Remove the power supply, tape off anything you don't wish to get paint on, spray paint, clear coat. All of it can be done with spray cans.
With a bottom mounted PSU and the fan mounted down their no reason to paint that side or the back as getting paint inside the PSU is not a good thing.
Their no need in removing the cover.
