I was looking at building a gaming pc, however I am unsure on what FPS I could run games and at what settings. The games I would most likely be playing are GTA V, CSGO, Fortnite, ARK, Overwatch and Rocket League. I would like to be sure that everything will run well so any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a 1600x900 monitor but I am looking to upgrade to 1080p. Also if there are any incompatible parts please let me know.

Removed the RGB fans from the build due to price and lack of headers.
You can buy them but make sure you have a way to power them all.

1) Ditched the OS since you can use Windows 10 for free and get a licence key anytime in the future.
2) Picked a vastly better GPU
3) Top tier PSU
4) Changed the case to a bit cheaper one, but still decent
5) Only 1x additional case fan, AF120 White LED from Corsair as an exhaust paired with 2x White LED ones that come with said case as an intake.
