Hello,

My past PC graphics card has died. It also has alot of old gear and also had been in my Pop's basement for 4 years so i was looking into a brand new custom built PC from a nearby store.

I searched up all items to see reviews and have basic knowledge. This is in AUD$, if any suggestions to improve a certain area would be nice. Looking for it to run nicely with gaming, for example something that runs iRacing nicely, GTA etc. smoothly.

Thank You to anyone who helps!

Ok, thank You. Just looking at options for SSD, Cruical BX500 480GB 3D NAND 2'5" +$64 or a Samsung 970 EVO plus 250gb NVMe m.2 ssd + $84

Everything else should be ok?
Get something like Crucial MX500,Samsung Evo 860,WD Blue,Adata SU800 avoid 250gb variant and go with 500gb of drives the lifespan,performance and value are generally better on bigger ssd.
For your build consider something similar;

With the options available, Is the Samsung Evo Plus 970 500gb a solid choice?

There isn't any Mx, 870, Su available on their website.

If its a decent choice, is the setup all good? Only thing i read which is a little nervous is the power supply (Gigabyte AORUS AP850GM 850W 80+ Gold Power Supply) . Only others are a Cool Master 230V 550W 80+ white power and a Corsair CV 650W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Supply.

Well your system is good but the mobo isnt also dont buy windows for $169 its far cheaper on URCdkey also get a good mobo that already has wifi instead of getting external usb.Also in pc part picker it says that a 550W gold psu is available for $115 at Umart, have you checked?

Id stick with 850w or go a 750w 80 plus gold great if you plan on upgrading parts later on.... not sure if the AORUS psu is good but corsair is a great psu and may even be cheaper and /or better !!

unless your going to be sticking heaps of games on your pc a 500gb or 1tb faster ssd m.2 or solid state could be a better option.. samsung are some of the best but a bit pricey !!

also i get the booooo for the windows key but money is money and money saved is better components for your build!!
