Custom PC Building - No Display After Build?

Okay, so I just started building a computer. Everything's up and running but there's no display coming up on my monitor (I'm using a graphics card, which isn't running; fan is stationary - needs no power supply connected to run).

I can't do anything from entering BIOS because the motherboard (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128514&cm_re=990fxa-ud3-_-13-128-514-_-Product) has (at least not that I'm aware of) no on board monitor connector. Unless, maybe there is?

nope, no on board video - make sure you installed everything correctly and it's all plugged in the correct locations - enter BIOS

make sure the gpu is in the correct slot and it's available in the BIOS - it's fan should be running at all times

Hmm, I'm not sure what would be causing the cards fan not to run. It works fine in my other computer. I cannot access BIOS if the card isn't running.
