Custom PC built - It won't boot after turn on power (only one flick)

I am very new to this, you know.

I tried carefully to install everything as cable connectors even according to this:

After that, I tested to turn on power but it won't boot and I've no idea what is wrong with it after several times

My specs:

Zalman Z11 plus
i5 4670K intel core processor 3.4ghz
Asus Z87 Pro motherboard
MSI Nividia Geforce 760 twin frozr
8gb Corsair vengeance RAM
Power supply unit 750w
1TB hard drive (blue)
Samsung 840 evo 120gb
