What's the best website to buy custom cables for my pc? I'm building an all black and white theme

You can't just buy any cables. You need to buy cables specifically made for your power supply. If you can't find any for it, then you can buy extension cables that look cool, but make sure they are 18 gauge or lower.

or you can just buy sleeved extensions and use cable management to hide the original part of the cables

Yeah I agree, that question needs to be asked. What power supply do you have? If it's a common one (EVGA, Seasonic, XFX, etc) then you should be able to find cables easily.
