[SOLVED] Custom pc crashing in games

I built this pc for my friend and we can’t figure out why in games it shuts off sometimes. It has good temps we’ve replaced the power supply

Ryzen2600x
Zotac 1660
Gigabyte d3sh
Inland 1tb ssd
EVGA BR 600W

At first we had a Corsair cx 600 but after that to try and fix the problem we replaced it with an EVGA BR 600w and it still has the same problem

Make sure the motherboard BIOS is the most recent version. Also, test the memory with an app like memtest.

Are you trying to overclock anything (CPU, GPU, memory)?

I tested the memory with memtest and windows memory diagnostic with no problems, i am not overclocking either

How can I check if the bios is recent

I have already replaced the power supply, temps are good, and I have run windows memory diagnostic with no problems. Games crash not very long after I start playing them and the pc has a black screen but the pc is still running.

How can I check if the bios is recent

You can restart your system and access the BIOS (DEL or F2) to see in the BIOS the version number installed. You can also use an app like CPU-Z (mainboard tab) to get the info.
