So over the past few months, my computer was randomly freezing. By this I mean randomly the whole computer will freeze in frame and the sound will completely stop. Everything will just stop and this won't unfreeze itself, forcing me to just manually shut it off. It can happen minutes after boot or while watching youtube or even while gaming. So I have tried various things to fix the problem and among them are:
  1. Changing the Ram
  2. Changing to different ram slots
  3. Replacing the motherboard
  4. Removing any extra drives and running purely on an M.2 drive
  5. Checking temps, (temps seem fine)
  6. Disabling any overclocking within the system
  7. Reinstalling windows
So with that said, I am frustrated since I took my PC to Bestbuy Geek Squad to get serviced and they said that it was my SATA ports that were faulty. WOW were they wrong! I got the motherboard replaced under manufacturer warranty and a week later the issue started again! The issues also began before I went to a internal M.2 Drive and ran a regular SSD internally and before I changed my RAM. I also tried reinstalling windows and removing any SSD's or Hard drives and the issue continues.

I am running these specs:
i5 9600k with a corsair AIO
RTX 2070 Super
MSI Z390 MPG Z390 GAMING PRO CARBON AC motherboard
Corsair Vengeance RGB 32GB
SAMSUNG EVO PLUS M.2 1TB
Western Digital 1TB
Corsair CX 750 PSU

Please help.

Update: I checked the system Log in Computer Management and there seems to be a pattern. The PC will first have a critical log saying "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."

& it will follow with an EventLog "The previous system shutdown at 6:39:29 PM on ‎3/‎31/‎2020 was unexpected." which I'm assuming is when I manually turn it off.

Hi, I have the same problem and the same errorcodes.
I use the z390 Gaming Edge AC so I see a similarity here, You said you replaced the MOBO? Maybe that series is faulty. Can you try another motherboard?
