Custom PC no post after trouble shooting

Hi, I recently put together a new pc, after trouble shooting individual components to rule out fault parts and running through the 22 step no post trouble shoot guide I've made much progress but still no post. I've check with one stick of ram each per slot to rule out ram issue at the moment systems powers on do I fan cuts on getting lights to the keyboard but no display, also I've noticed the system shuts off immediately when I press the power button instead of having to press and hold it. I should add that it did post when I first put it together I was able to get through the bios and install Windows after which I put it back in the case to arrange proper cable management and hasn't posted since. I do have onboard graphics but no display from either onboard or graphics card. Any suggestions?
