custom pc problem

my pc all of a sudden decided to blue screen when i was playing a game so i let it reset etc. it turns back on like normal and i get another blue screen within seconds of being on the desktop. it continues to blue screen whenever i start it up and when it reset the display wasnt working and my mouse and keyboard didnt light up (how i assume theyre on). then i manually turn it off and it kept turning on and off by itself and sounded like a dying whale until i unplugged it from the wall.
