[SOLVED] Custom PC test first run results:Black Screen

I follow the guides and build the PC but once booted it has no beeping sounds both CPU and case fan spins the power button is on and the side near the reset flashes ...
my motherboard is ASRock z390 pro my CPU i5 9400f there is no graphics card yet, do I need a dedicated graphics card ?! or is my motherboard fried? or CPU has broken?

Yes, you need a dedicated GPU. The i5-9400F lacks an integrated GPU.

Does this mean that nothing even the bios can show up? my fans rpm are low and quite... is my motherboard fried? also, there is no beeping is CPU broken? meanwhile, I will buy a cheap GPU from a store for testing this Monday...

You will NOT see image at all without a dedicated GPU. Until you install one, you really can't test your components.

no, I have mine but it has its graphics card glued with silicon to the motherboard, this would permanently destroy it (pc, graphics card or both) this is the computer where I use this forum, it is a refurbished HP Compaq

OH, by the way, do I need to reset the CMOS since I turned the pc on and nothing happened? and if yes should I unplug my PC?

Just wait until you have a GPU to try anything else. When resetting the BIOS, yes, you should disconnect power.
