Custom PC won't start up

Hey guys. Sorry if I put this in the wrong forum. This is my build. When I turn on my computer, the red light on the case turns on for half a second and turns off and the cpu fan moves a bit. Not sure what this could be. Nothing else happened. No beep. Here are some images. If you want me to take another image or anything else feel free to ask. By the way, this is my first build.

looks to me like you forgot the 8-pin CPU power connector (top-left of your 1st pic)

I was thinking what that was but I don't seem to have any spare cable like that.

EDIT: I do have one but it's connected to the video card.
EDIT2: Nevermind it's slightly different.

there should be an 8-pin or a 4+4 pin cable from your PSU labeled CPU (or something similar). What PSU are you using?

from pcpartpicker, go the the newegg site for the psu and watch the video, on the main set of cables coming directly from the psu (the non-modular ones) you will have an 8-pin CPU cable AND a 4+4 pin CPU cable. Only use one OR the other of these cables, NOT BOTH.

Found it. It was hidden inside my computer because I thaught it was an extra. Now I have a different problem. It can't reach as the video card is blocking the way.

see if you can route the cable behind the motherboard. You may need to acquire an extension cable if it is not long enough to reach going this way.
