Custom Torch from a Projector Lamp

Greetings, I recently had an Optoma Projector die on me via color-wheel, and am not willing to put the funding into it for repair. I do however have an interest in utilizing the old parts for their most This hence leads me to my question; what Voltage and Ampere should I use for this lamp? It is a "OSRAM P-VIP 230W/0.8A E20.8". dont want to fool with them. it high voltage and the tubes are under a lot of pressure and if you crack them they can go off like a bomb. google protector lamp explosions. when those slightly larger bulbs fail they can kill people.
