Custom Water Loop Noob

I'm looking to create a custom water loop for myself but I have no experience whatsoever. Please help!

What I want water-cooled:
4790k
MSI GeForce GTX 970 Twin Frozr V x2

Requirements:
1x 360mm rad (27mm or less thick)
1x 240mm rad (27mm or less thick)
Black radiators
Clear water blocks (Preferably this http:// for the CPU)
Red anodized metal fittings
Clear PVC flexible tubing
Pump/Res combo (no smaller than a 140mm res)
Dark red-ish coolant

I hope this isn't too much to ask and thanks to all in advance!

do you have the gpus already check the pcb to make sure its a v1.1 not 1.2/3 if so the blocks will not fit.
you have the one with the red shroud correct?
second whats your budget if under 600$ with out fittings then do AIO's or stay on air
i will list parts from perf-pcs site once its not being broken again

Thanks man! Thanks for the help and I may change some things around depending on what case I get. Your opinion would help, 750D or the Enthoo Primo?

750d since thats what my rig is in

Primo everytime. You get WAY more from the primo then the 750d
