I am wanting to put together a custom water loop but I want to find out who the best manufacturers are. Things happen but i want to start with the best fittings possible. Also is there a type of fitting that is more reliable? For example: Compression? I want to do the rigid tube.

I have found a few sites but they are not friendly at all when it comes to helping you find out exactly what you need. Way too many options and they don't even sell their own product. They kick you to a middle man so this is getting a little overwhelming. Putting this together doesn't scare me. It's finding exactly what i need and who to trust that is frustrating.

Ok, what parts do you want to cool? what case do you have an whats your budget. I'll create a parts list for you.

In terms of manufactures, Bitspower or Primochill do really nice fittings, I'd recomend them the most for rigid, you also want HDC (or hard line compression) fittings, for the most reliability.
Primochill rigid PETG tubing, it's the best IMO, 16/10 is going to be strongest.
EK waterblocks are my personal fave, theres quite a few, I prefer the clear (or clean CSQ) over others but it's all to do with taste.
Again, EK, BlackIce, XSPC, Alphacool all make good radiators, it is a lot to do with aesthetics, get them copper though
Mayhems X1 or Pastel coolant, pastel is more of a solid colour and looks nicer, but X1 does the job well and looks good too IMO
D5 or DDC pump if you have the budget. They're all the same, just a re branded Lading pump.
Tube reservoir, I think EK are the nicest, but res will do

Thanks for the suggestions. Since posting this I've purchased a few things. I have the EK water blocks. Mono block for the processor, block for the RAM, and blocks for dual graphics cards. I have two EK reservoirs and am going to go with Bitspower deluxe white fittings (16mm) rigid tube. I have not decided on the radiators yet but i want white. This is going in a Thermaltake Core X9 (white) case. EK blood red coolant.
So, the things I still need are:
Acylic or PETG tubing? - leaning toward Bitspower crystal link (I plan on bending)
pumps - Looking at EK DDC with Bitspower pumpcoolers
Radiators - leaning toward XSPC RX480 white (white choices are limited)

I have all this stuff on a wishlist at performance-pcs. I am looking for other suppliers to compare price. Sidewinder has better prices on a couple of the fittings but i can't navigate their site to find everything i need. So irritating! Searches don't show everything they have. Anyway, any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

The XSPC White rads are nice, I have a white 280 myself, but the quality of the paint isn't great but they are still great rads. PETG is the probably the best way to go for tubing, acrylic is getting used a lot less because it's so brittle.
Get a D5 pump instead of DDC, and then any pump top, I like Bitspower pump tops for this

Good call on the D5 pumps. I slacked on my research there. Just kinda grabbed something that looked good. Thanks for the advice!
