Custom Watercooling loop vs Closed loop?

Should I pay that little bit extra and put a little more effort in and get a custom watercooling kit or should i just settle for the H100i
btw this is my first build EVER

Lower End Easier option : H100i
Harder slightly more expensive option : XSPC RayStorm 750 RS360 WaterCooling Kit

Feel free to suggest other custom kits!

My advise since this is your first build is to stay with an air cooling solution for now. Using a closed or a custom water solution means that you have to watch out for leakers or any problems that you have no experience with. While going with a cooler like the Cooler Master hyper 212 Evo won't allow you to set records for overclocking it will allow you to save money and get good performance without costing an arm or leg.

BUT if you want to learn water cooling and jump in from the deep end so to speak, definitely do the custom loop.
