It is a pump/res combo and my rads are not crossflow.

Looks ok for a single loop. Since you have two radiators no harm in watercooling the motherboard as well. Just make sure your pump is strong enough.

EK-XRES 140 Revo D5 PWM is what I am going to use. Can you also help me with how I can make a drain on this model?

I would use a different pump res combo personally where the fill is from the top. Something like this. You might be able to change the tops on those to accomplish this.
