Customise.exe.has stopped working

Hi i am currently opperating soft ware called invoice & estimates pro for my buisness i am unable to raise any invoices when i go into that catagory i am told that customise.exe has stopped working can you help

could be a service running to allow the software to run, check that it is running

did you ever figure out the problem? my estimates part is doing the same thing. my invoices works fine. it also wont let me create a pdf file in order to email the invoices and estimates. are you having that problem?
