Question customize trackball mouse

Hi Experts! what i am trying to accomplish is having the trackball mouse to scroll down when surfing, but only when i press the control button. i have tried to download some mouse customization mouse but couldn't figure any setting that will allow this combination. any suggestion? maybe through a general hotkey software, or some extra accessibility software?

Make and model trackball mouse?

Windows 10?

Take a look in Ease of Access:

"WIN" + "I" > Ease of Access" > Display > Mouse

There might be an option via Keyboard as well.

yes i tried the windows options, i did not see anything that would set that key combination
