cutout resolution help!

I attached another monitor to my pc and currently got a dual monitor pc. But there is a problem. After a while the resolution looks cut out like i can barely see the start menu or the taskbar on the other monitor any way 2 fix dis? heres a pic of it

check the settings on the other monitor (the onboard ones not the ones Windows controls). One of them is causing that. Look for stuff called 'overscan' or tv/pc mode.
