Cutscenes are ruined

If i play any game like gta 5 skyrim or battlefield everything works fine until the cutscenes. i play on a lg 25" widescreen whenever there is a cutscene the whole screen turns black and the scene is in the middle about the size of an IPHONE and i cant see shit. Im playing max payne 3 its really bad its about the size of a old nokia phone n the middle and cuts off everything in the shot. But once the scene is over it goes back to normal. Im not sure where to put this kind of question sorry. Please help me.

Maybe try downloading the software for your monitor?

The problem is your monitor isn't set to stretch the image to match the screen size, it's displaying the cutscene at it's real resolution, which is tiny to allow for compatibility among all systems.

You might want to check you Nvidia Control Panel settings for "Adjust Desktop Size and Resolution" there are scaling options there.
