Hello, I've got an issue I've been struggling with for almost a year now. Here are my PC specs for starters:
Processor: Intel i7-4770 @ 3.4GHz
RAM: 8G
GeForce GtX 970
Every pre-rendered cutscene, or even just the brand/company flashes at the beginning of a game, run choppy. They stutter, skip, lag, any other way you want to put it. The gameplay runs fine - I can run Witcher 3 on Ultra with no issues. But the opening cutscene... super choppy. And it's all my games, which leads me to believe it's more of a software issue than hardware, but i have no idea what to do fix it. So far I've just been dealing with it, since most games use it sparingly, but it would be nice to fix.
