About a year ago i noticed that while gaming the sounds effects during cutscenes would occasionally be out of sync, but i brushed it off believing it to be the games fault/my rig not being good enough for the game.
Sadly this issue became more and more prevalent as time went on, to the point where now i'm playing russian roulette every time a launch any video game.
Sometimes the cutscenes work normally and sometimes they don't. Restarting my pc seems to fix the problem about 30% of the time, but I noticed that even if the first cutscene works correctly, I may have sync problems with the next one (happens with both in game cutscenes and pre-rendered ones).
The voice-over is perfectly synced, and same goes for the sounds during gameplay. This happend exclusively in cutscenes.
I scouted the internet looking for solution but soo far i had no luck. Any help is appreciated!
