I recommend this one seasonic gc core 650 80+ plus gold.
UPDATE :
1- Corsair GX 650w [gray] or 550w
2- EVGA BQ 650w or 550w
3- im not sure about this one but i think its better than the CV, Seasonic s12III 650w

if its good why did tomshardware listed it in in minor issues in cheap tier section ? and btw you have a good point since i saw a lot of people use it in their builds.
yeah, but looking at the list kinda not right, I have my knowledge and people that repair PSU's and so on, experience, so in the start I didn't recommended MWE, cause of defective consignment, but now it's some kinda best low-budget PSU, testing one of those, it's really good

cv550 is on Tier D • Recommended only for very cheap, iGPU systems
and cooler master white mwe v2 230v is on Tier C • Recommended for cheap mid/low-end systems ( low priority units - minor issues or lack of info ) [1] MWE V2 units have high ripple issues on very low load also resulting in increased coil whine, fix pending.
If they are your only choices then get the better one.

But if you can find better ones again for a reasonable price then go with that.
