[SOLVED] CVNio

I just posted this on Intel's site and would like come input.

I have an Intel 'Ice Lake' Core I5-1035G7 in my Dell Inspiron 5593 laptop and want to upgrade to an Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201. Since in theory I should have a CVNio2 because it is in the processor since the PCH is now contained within. Or back step and replace the Qualcomm QCA9377 controller with an Intel 9560.

I just cannot find on Intels web site including ark pages, datasheets, etc.

Just wanting to upgrade a couple of laptops.

Tom, I would expect that somebody would mention the AX201 for the Dell Inspiron 5593 if it was compatible, yet like you I find nothing anywhere about that or the slot being a CNVio2 capable connection. I would try Dell support by email and if as I suspect the AX201 is not supported, you might consider the AX200 instead.

If you are upgrading you might be better off waiting a bit more for wifi6e. Not sure when you can get this card or if it will fit in your machine but I am sure there will be more in the months to come.
