I have a problem with Internet Explorer having been hijacked. When I attempt to go to a page from a google search I am being directed to all kinds of web pages. I notice that I have a file "cvquksm6th.exe" that I believe is the cause of the problem. However, I cannot delete this file or it's associated registry keys...when I attempt to do so it says that I don't have the appropriate permission. Any help to this problem would be greatly appreciated. I have run malwarebytes, ad-aware ans spybot search & destroy to no avail.

try taking ownership of the file

and then deleting it.

I of course always recommend people to not use Internet Explorer anymore, and to try Google's Chrome or my longtime favorite Mozilla Firefox
